The Little Boy with a Bird's Shadow

In Nice, at the Salle des Franciscains, discover the enchanting tale of Abezou’ch, a young boy living with his grandmother Gazella on the edge of the desert. After his family moves to the city, Abezou’ch is left alone, burdened by sadness, until he notices his shadow taking the shape of a bird. Initially frightened, he tries to hide it, but each night the bird-shaped shadow grows more vivid and eventually begins to fly. This delicate and imaginative theatre production, created by Anne Sibran at the request of Muriel Mayette-Holtz, combines shadow play and silhouettes to craft a sensitive story for young audiences, filled with mystery and wonder.
