Le Diner de Cons

Set in Antibes at the Casino Terrazur, Le Diner de Cons is a theatrical comedy revolving around Pierre Brochant and his peculiar weekly tradition. Each Wednesday, Pierre and his friends host a dinner where each brings along an unsuspecting guest deemed the biggest fool. The evening’s goal is to find the most ridiculous participant among them. Pierre believes he has found the perfect candidate in François Pignon, a finance ministry accountant with an unusual hobby of building matchstick models. However, Pignon's willingness to help and his uncanny knack for causing chaos turns the night into a series of unexpected mishaps. This play explores the clash of two very different lives that were never meant to meet.
